Should I leave my current shop?

Looking to hear from other technicians here. I am 28 years old, ASE certified master tech, and lead tech in my current shop (there for 7 years). I'm just not sure that I'm getting a fair deal anymore. I make $18 an hour, 2 weeks paid vacation/sick time, and get health insurance (no prescription coverage) at no cost to me (outside of deductibles). I recently had my first child and I asked for a raise, but basically got told that I can work more hours but no pay increase. The shop is always very busy and I have no worries about getting laid off or not having work. My gripes are that I literally do everything "skilled" in the shop. The other guys are pretty much doing brakes, tires, and oil changes. Every ounce of pressure is on me. The shop equipment is quickly becoming outdated, we still use the Snap On "brick" as our main (and only) scanner, and a tire machine that can't handle low profile tires. I guess basically I'm frustrated with the lack of modern equipment and seemingly no chance for a raise in the near future. I'm not saying I'm the best technician in the world and deserve a ton of money, but I just want to make sure that I'm being treated fairly compared to other techs at other shops.
