Am i good enough to get a track scholarship?

Hi, i am a female that has won multiple track medals in county but did not do so hot at state. At state i came 15th out of 32 girls. I am only in the eighth grade and am already holding down records at my school. I run 110 and 300 meter hurdles. For the 110 i run a 16.42 and for the 300 meter hurdles i run a 52 seconds. Do you think that i am able to gain just a little track scholarship from UAB. University of Alabama in Birmingham?
