Whats wrong with my animals?

I have a 10 week old puppy whom loves to get into the cat litter box and eat the poop. No matter where i put the box she suddenly can jump hurdles to get to the box. The puppy also got into the trash can the other day and started to nibble on a raw chicken wing that i had thrown away. The puppy has been throwing up and has some bloody stool. Now my 1 year old cat is starting to feel bad and throwing up what is wrong with my babies?
