i started to run hurdles this year as a junior. i run a 47.6 300m out of shape and a 18.3 in the 110. is there anyone who can help me out and give me some tips on how to drop my 300m hurdle time down to a 40 and my 110 hurdle down to like a 15. i know it will involve a lot of hard work but im dedicated enough to do it.
