In wisconsin, can i have my JIC mossberg here...?

at my tech school (WCTC) in Waukesha? Im not sure if its illegal to have it stored in my truck in the school parking lots or even in the county. Its a Mossberg 500, with an 18.5" barrel (18 is legal), J*ust I*n C*ase, in the cylinder case, with a secure lock. I would keep the case tied down and secured in the back of my SUV. Also it would stay in my truck 24/7 (except for maintenance), and no dorms or anything so the truck wuld mostly be parked in a private parking lot. When i would ever use it? not planning on it, and hopefully never would, but like the name says, JIC.
