I signed up for track, how can i prepare?

hurdles are the best!! but really your training will depend on what events you want to do in track. for the 800m or more you'll want to work on distance running. 4 and 5 miles a day. for the 400 meter run or less you'll want to do open sprints and work on form and speed on sprinting. For hurdles, you need to work on getting your hips flexible and running open 100s or 300s. Swimming is good cross training, but you need to actually run to get ready.
