Will I be automotive technician certified after the Marines?

I am joining the Marines and my MOS will be in mechanics for non-tanks. I was just wondering if I would be ASE Certified after leaving the corps? I would imagine both so and not because I'd imagine there are many more advanced electronics in today's growing automotive industry.
