My mom says I'm to young for a belly ring?

Sweetie. I think scars are beautiful. It shows that the human race isn't, and never will be perfect. And I think scars make you look like you survived a battle, and came out victorious(: 13 is an okay age to get a belly ring, but I don't really suggest it. I had to wait until I was 16 to get mine.
