I was wondering why people who dont know about cars answers the question.?

they give horrible advice even send the person to a subject and try to change the persons problem. they give a thumbs down to people who give good advice and know what they are talking about. not it is hard enough to diagnose a problem when the vehicle is in front of you and you cant test drive or check things out so it is safe to say that diagnosing over a pc where we cant hear the vehicle or see it and cant test it is very hard.so whats up with that. (I have 10 years in the feild. ASE Certified, MVAC Certified, hold my New York inspectors licence. and i am good at what i do for a living. i still am employed) I only want to hear from people who feel like i do
