I have a 95 jeep cherokee the belt squeeks like crazy and i got a new belt?

and it does the same thing, i bought two new idler pullys and still no change it squeaks reaally loud, i put a hose by the diffrent components and dont hear the squeak im not ase certified by any means but it sounds like it might be the water pump im not sure.....when i spray belt dressing on the belt it goes away for a minute but comes right back...ive tightened and loosened the belt with no luck seems like no matter what i do the sqeak will not go away and its really loud
