Can you predict when Nikon D3100 Digital SLR Camera is going to be on the biggest sale?

Im really liking this cam but the main hurdle that stops me from buying it is its price, im keeping close look on different websites for awhile, but it doest seem to go down with price, Can you predict when will it be sold at cheapest price and where? thanx tons for your help
